25º Capital signs agreement with government and private partners to pioneer new real estate approach.

In the Brazilian city of Ponta Grossa, 25° Capital is partnering with the local mayoral administration, government agencies, and one of the largest contractors in the area to develop a new housing complex targeted at a specific buyer. The extremely successful federal housing program Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) seeks to help low- to middle-income Brazilians secure affordable financing for housing. Most of the developments in the Ponta Grossa area have been targeted at the lowest earning MCMV category (Track 1). However, the next income segment up, Track 2, also has an immediate demand for affordable, high quality housing. 25º Capital’s new project, “New Life”, will provide exactly that. The project was signed into contract on Wednesday May 15, 2013.
